You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in its original condition with packaging and tags where applicable.

• Items that have been worn, washed or damaged by the customer
• Items without original packaging or tags where applicable
• Customized jerseys with personalized names or numbers, unless there is a quality issue or order error
• Items returned after the 30-day return window

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Contact KitVanta customer support within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number, product name and reason for return or exchange.
3. Send clear photos if the item has a quality issue, printing issue or shipping damage.
4. Wait for our support team to confirm the return or exchange instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or replacement item, please contact our support team. Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement option or refund.

Return Shipping

Return shipping responsibility may vary depending on the reason for the return. If the issue is caused by a product defect, wrong item or order error, KitVanta will help provide a fair solution. If the return is due to a customer preference or wrong size selection, return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility.

Customized Jerseys

Customized football shirts with player names, custom names, numbers or patches are made according to order details. Please carefully check all customization information before placing your order. Customized items may not be eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue or production error.
